OUR STORY

Felt Like Yard is a Caribbean-inspired felt food brand, reimagining the dishes we know and love as soft play for little hands and nostalgic grown-ups.

From curry goat and white rice to Jamaican patties and coco bread, each piece is handmade in London, with careful attention to the little details that make our food instantly recognisable.

But Felt Like Yard is about more than just play.

Representation matters, even in the little things. What began at home for my girls grew into something I wanted other children to experience too: the chance to see the food and culture they know reflected in their everyday play.

By turning familiar Caribbean dishes into something children can recognise, explore and enjoy, we’re helping to keep that connection to our heritage alive. Passing down the memories, traditions and sense of belonging that have always lived around our food.

For the little hands discovering it, and the grown-ups who remember it.
